Zillow Showcase Listings

OPTL utilizes Zillow Showcase Listings to provide sellers with enhanced visibility on Zillow, the most visited real estate website in the United States.


Showcase Listings provide enhanced presentation, premium placement opportunities, targeted buyer engagement, and exclusive email distribution not available with standard listings. Your property is promoted directly to buyers actively searching for homes with similar price points, features, and location parameters.


By design, Zillow limits Showcase Listings to no more than 10% of agents in the Louisville market, creating a controlled level of exclusivity. As a result, OPTL listings benefit from exposure and marketing tools that the vast majority of agents in the market cannot offer.


Principal Broker Keith Ferriell first implemented Zillow Showcase Listings in Louisville, Kentucky while serving as owner and team lead of the Keith Ferriell Real Estate Team, and has continued using the platform to support listing exposure and buyer engagement.
